罗布泊罗北四地继1995年10月发现潜卤水中蕴藏大、中型钾盐矿床以后,又在1996年11月经中深钻探揭示出其承压层有近50米厚的纯含水层,钾盐远景资源量超过大型规模,因此,引起了钾盐界及社会广泛关注、罗北凹地钾矿床赋存卤水中,固体盐类矿物中钾矿物含量很低,不具备工业意义,但固体盐类矿物的研究对于了解卤水形成演变,赋存状态及古气候变化等具有重要意义。在此,对该区盐类矿物的初步研究作一简单介绍,以供有关人员参考指正。
