低温下的疲劳裂纹扩展性能变化与疲劳裂纹扩展机制有着密切的联系。通过对两种钢低温疲劳裂纹扩展试验后的断口形貌以及裂纹扩展途径进行了观察和分析,绘制了低温疲劳机制图。通过该图,可以全面了解不同温度下各个阶段的疲劳裂纹扩展机制的变化。本文还对裂纹扩展途径与断口形貌之间的关系进行了分析,对进一步研究低温用钢的疲劳特性和低温下工程结构的失效分析具有重要意义。
The fatigue crack growth behavior at low temperatures is closely related to the fatigue crack growth mechanism. Through the observation and analysis of fracture morphology and crack propagation path of the two kinds of steel after low temperature fatigue crack propagation test, the low temperature fatigue mechanism diagram was drawn. Through this figure, we can fully understand the changes of fatigue crack growth mechanism in different stages under different temperatures. The relationship between crack propagation path and fracture morphology is also analyzed in this paper. It is of great significance to further study the fatigue characteristics of low temperature steel and the failure analysis of engineering structures at low temperature.
