针对目前高职院校大多采取的是二级教学运行管理的现状,本文通过系统梳理教学运行二级管理的结构,详细分析了该管理模式所包含的内容和层次划分,并结合高职院校教学的自身特点,对机构及管理、教学计划与安排、课堂组织和管理、作业与辅导课、实习组织、学业成绩考核、教学运行监督等7大块内容展开具体阐述,明确了高职院校教学运行的内涵和外延。
