中小学教师是职业倦怠现象的高发群体。随着社会转型期综合征现象的出现,以及教育体制改革的不断深入,广大中小学教师面临来自社会、学校、学生等多方面的压力,职业压力感加大。教师如果自我调试不当,不能适应岗位角色的变化并进行及时调整,职业倦怠就有可能发生,并由潜伏的心理障碍外化为消极的职业行为。探寻教师职业倦怠的深层原因并进行及时干预和疏导,是促进基础教育健康和谐发展的一项紧迫议题。
Primary and secondary school teachers are the high incidence of occupational burnout. With the appearance of social transition syndrome and the continuous deepening of education system reform, the majority of primary and secondary school teachers are under pressure from the society, schools and students, and occupational stress is on the rise. If teachers do not self-tuning properly, can not adapt to changes in the role of position and make timely adjustments, job burnout may occur, and from the latent psychological disorder externalized to negative professional behavior. Exploring the deep causes of teacher burnout and making timely intervention and guidance are an urgent issue to promote the healthy and harmonious development of basic education.
