一、引言上期总结了三维模型定义实施的十要和十不要(表1),并介绍了人员方面(人事结构和团队理念)的六点经验。本期将继续讨论流程方面(方法、步骤和工具)的三要和三不要。后面的两篇文章则会进入第三个领域“产品”。需要说明一下,这些总结来自于全球几十家企业的点滴实践经验,但远非完整的实施手册。真正实施涵盖的内容非常广泛,而且因企业而异,所以需要群策群力。
I. INTRODUCTION The last part summarizes the ten and ten requirements for the implementation of the three-dimensional model definition (Table 1) and introduces the six-point experience in personnel aspects (personnel structure and team philosophy). This issue will continue to discuss the three aspects and three aspects of the process (methods, steps, and tools). The latter two articles will enter the third area “product ”. Need to explain that these summaries come from dozens of companies around the world bit by bit of practical experience, but far from a complete implementation of the manual. Real implementation covers a wide range of content, and vary by company, so need to work together.
