0前言端盘是采煤机滚筒上的重要零件,其结构如图1。端盘加工时:1、预热压形;2、数控切割好外形;3、钻削斜面上的水道孔。在摇臂钻床上钻削水道孔时首先要倾斜端盘,使斜面上的水道孔处于垂直位置,才能进行钻削,然后端盘旋转使每个水道孔在中心位置上,依次钻削所有水道孔。要完成这样的加工需要专用工装,而且由于所需加工端盘的外圆尺寸Φ700-Φ2160、倾斜角度、水道孔个数都不同,一种端盘对应使用一套工装,原材料、人力、物力都会造成很大浪费、管理困难。因此,设计一个通用的钻胎,可以满足不同端盘的钻削加工。
