由福建农林大学从加拿大引进的马铃薯新品种——夏波帝,系麦当劳食品加工专用品种。2001年冬我县引种试验示范,表现适应性广,高产抗病,商品率高,一般亩产可达2000公斤以上。 一、特征特性 该品种株高60厘米左右。株株中期前直立,后期呈扩散形,茎秆粗壮,分枝少。叶片厚实,叶色较淡,绿中带黄,花冠紫红色。地下部结薯集中,个数少,薯块大且均匀。单株平均结薯5个左右,平均薯重可达百克
