我国现阶段的收入分配关系,不仅反映社会主义初级阶段的经济性质关系,而且体现商品经济和市场经济的经济运行关系。前者表现为按劳分配与非按劳分配、劳动收入与非劳动收入、剥削收入与非剥削收入等分配关系;后者表现为经济运行中各种纷繁复杂的交易收入和资源收益的分配关系。社会经济关系中的经济性质关系和经济运行关系两个维度是我们认识和处理收入分配关系的出发点和落脚点。
The current income distribution in our country reflects not only the economic nature of the primary stage of socialism but also the economic operation of the commodity economy and the market economy. The former shows distribution according to work and non-distribution according to work, labor income and non-labor income, exploitation income and non-exploitation income, etc. The latter shows the distribution of various complicated transaction income and resource income in economic operation. The two dimensions of the relationship between the economic properties and the economic operation in the socio-economic relations are the starting point and the foothold of our understanding and handling of the distribution of income.
