作者应用图像分析技术对30例胆管癌细胞核 DNA 倍体进行了分析。结果显示:良性增生组织以2C 细胞为主,癌变组织5C 及大于5C 细胞明显增多,DNA 倍体分布与病理分型、临床分期无关。Ⅲ期胆管癌二倍体组平均生存期32个月,高倍体组为14个月(P<0.05),提示 DNA 倍体分析是判断胆管癌预后指标。
The authors used image analysis techniques to analyze nuclear DNA ploidy in 30 cases of cholangiocarcinoma cells. The results showed that 2C cells were predominant in benign hyperplastic tissues, and 5C and greater than 5C cells in cancerous tissues were significantly increased. DNA ploidy distribution was not associated with pathological type or clinical stage. The average survival time of stage III cholangiocarcinoma diploid group was 32 months, and that of hyperploid group was 14 months (P<0.05), suggesting that DNA ploidy analysis is a prognostic indicator of cholangiocarcinoma.
