正常Wistar鼠87只(雌41只,雄46只)按年龄分为4组:幼年27只(4~6周)、青年20只(16周)、中年20只(26~32周)、老年20只(56~76周)。采用贴块法对鼠主动脉内皮细胞作传代培养,于第2、4、12和20代采样共380份,分别测培养液中6-酮-前列腺素F_1α(6-酮-PGF_(1α)),和血栓素B_2(TXB_2),(T)的含量,同时还观察了四组中各代龄的细胞生长率。结果表明,生命旺盛期(幼、青年组的2、4代)细胞增长率明显高于中老年期,且P较低,T水平较高,T/P值明显增加,有利于细胞增殖,而T/P降低是衰老的表现。
Eighty-seven Wistar rats (41 females and 46 males) were divided into 4 groups according to their age: 27 in young (4-6 weeks), 20 in young (16 weeks), 20 in middle-aged (26-32 weeks) Elderly 20 (56 to 76 weeks).
