中国共产党黑龙江省第十一届委员会第二次全体会议于2012年11月20日在哈尔滨召开。会议要求全省各级党组织和广大党员干部,深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,把思想统一到党的十八大精神上来,把力量凝聚到实现党的十八大确定的目标任务上来,开拓进取,攻坚克难,努力开创更好更快更大发展新局面。
The Second Plenary Session of the Eleventh Committee of the Communist Party of China in Heilongjiang Province was held on November 20, 2012 in Harbin. The meeting called for party organizations and party members and cadres at all levels throughout the province to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, unify their thinking with the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and unite their forces to achieve the goals and tasks set by the 18th CPC National Congress , Forge ahead, overcome difficulties and strive to create a better, faster and greater development of the new situation.
