本文对近年来我国一些研究人员提出的两相流管道阻力计算公式进行了验算。发现金川公式和陕西水利科学研究所公式的误差最小。金川公式来源于杜兰德关系式,但作了一个很重要的改进,即将水力坡度的增量与容积浓度成正比的关系改为幂律关系。同时,作者指出了张国权公式用于计算粒径粗的水砂充填料相当好,但对粒径细、比重大或浓度高的砂浆误差较大,并对此提出了改进意见。
In this paper, the calculation formulas of two-phase flow pipe resistance proposed by some researchers in our country in recent years are checked. The Jinchuan formula and Shaanxi Water Resources Institute formula have the smallest errors. Jinchuan formula is derived from the Durandian relationship, but made a very important improvement, that is, the relationship between the increment of hydraulic gradient and the volumetric concentration is changed to the power-law relationship. At the same time, the author pointed out that Zhang Guoquan’s formula is very good for the calculation of coarse-grained water-sand fillings, but it has a large error for mortars with fine grain size, large specific gravity, or high concentration, and proposes improvements for this.
