1.引言由于金属腐蚀早已成为世界范围的社会问题,人们越来越关注加速腐蚀试验。为了使产品达到苛刻的防腐蚀性能的要求,则须在很短的时间内精确地检测其耐久性,即要求加速试验能再现实际使用状态下发生的腐蚀情况。ISO/TC107金属覆盖层技术委员会最近修改了镍+铬的产品技术规范,其中根据使用条件的苛刻程度将覆盖层分为5级:从4号～0号,并要经受CASS试验、腐蚀膏试验或醋酸盐雾(ASS)试验。
1. INTRODUCTION As metal corrosion has long been a social problem worldwide, there is increasing interest in accelerating corrosion testing. In order for the product to meet the demanding requirements of corrosion protection, its durability must be accurately tested in a short period of time, requiring accelerated tests to reproduce the corrosion conditions that actually occur. The ISO / TC107 Metallic Coatings Technical Committee has recently revised the Nickel + Chromium product specification, which covers the coating at five levels depending on the severity of service conditions: from No. 4 to No. 0 and subjected to the CASS test, the corrosion paste test Or Acetate Fog (ASS) test.
