现代教育科学研究表明,教师与家长的密切配合,建立良好的合作关系是促进青少年健康成长的重要条件之一.但由于家长的职业、性格、文化素质、个人修养和生活习惯的不同,表现出来的教育子女的方式、与教师合作的程度和水平便千差万别.不少家长未能自觉、有效地去承担自己应该承担的责任,甚至出现家长与教师不友好的现象.教师应针对不同类型家长的特点,运用与家长交往的科学方法.使学生与家长这两股教育力量凝聚在一起,达到和谐统一,以期产生理想的教育效果.
