例一:张××,女,21岁,已婚,住院号780941,1978年3月12日入院。 主诉:在左面部发硬,紧绷感,张口受限二年余。 二年多前发现左侧面颊部皮肤发硬,感觉迟钝,紧硼感,张口微受限,咀嚼不便。他人发现面部呆板,表情淡漠,因不影响工作,无全身不适,未引起重视,未经任何治疗,照常生活与工作。近数月上述症状加重,张口,咀嚼、发音明显受限,左面颊部麻木感而来院诊治。
