作者从产生静电的原因出发,分析了油轮静电产生的危害。文章介绍了当采用“IGS”惰性气体系统和“COW”原油洗舱的措施之后,可有效地防止或减少静电产生的危害。同时也提出了有关油轮的静电预防措施。
Based on the reason of generating static electricity, the author analyzes the harm caused by the static electricity of oil tankers. The article describes how to clean up or reduce the damage caused by static electricity after adopting “IGS” inert gas system and “COW” crude oil tank cleaning. At the same time also proposed the electrostatic preventive measures for tankers.
