策略一:提升能力减压最直接有效的方式是提升能力。当你感觉到自己能够hold住的时候,压力自然就会降低。所以你首先需要清晰自己哪方面的能力需要提升。你可以通过检视你的压力源找到答案——有人是人际交往能力,有人是多任务处理能力,有人是系统化思考的能力,有人是时间管理能力,有人是项目管理能力。通过参加培训班、看书、以及刻意练习,可以帮助你提升应对压力的能力。
Strategy One: to enhance the capacity The most direct and effective way to reduce pressure is to enhance capacity. When you feel that you can hold, the pressure will naturally be reduced. So you first need to be clear about which aspects of your ability need improvement. You can find the answer by looking at your sources of stress - some are interpersonal skills, others are multitasking, others are systematic thinking, some are time management, others are project management. By attending training courses, reading books, and deliberately practicing, you can help you improve your ability to cope with stress.
