实践中的心得与反思实验班的教师在参与研究的过程中,从一开始的懵懵懂懂到如今的略有成效,历经了无数次的实践、探讨,互相学习,汲取经验。他们在研究水平、教育方法等方面都有了较大程度的提升,获益匪浅。袖珍女孩小欣在我18年的教学生涯中,万万没有想到会遇见这样一个学生。那一年,正逢上海市二期课改全面铺开。而我,作为刚刚送走一届毕业班的语文教师,又将满怀憧憬地迎接新一批学生。在新生入学报名时,细心的招生老师发现了一个有点特别女孩子:个头十分矮小,头大大的,梳着两个小辫。那天,她的身体躲在父母的身后, 显得十分胆小,模样倒长得挺可爱的,但上下半身的比例明显失调,因此,比起同龄孩子至少要矮一个头。她叫小欣。在对这个孩子的家访和幼儿园调查中,我和班主任朱老师感到大家似乎刻意回避着什么。我们不禁担心:特殊身材会不会影响她今后的学习生活?
