目的:从文献计量视角研究肿瘤患者营养支持的发展现状及研究热点。方法:对在1975—2018年间从PubMed数据库中获取的肿瘤患者营养支持相关文献的医学主题词(MeSH)进行文献计量分析。通过对高频MeSH词分类分析得出肿瘤营养支持方式、肿瘤营养支持效果评价以及卫生经济学评价三方面的研究热点主题。结果:1975—2018年肿瘤患者营养支持研究呈现增长趋势，美国和欧洲在全球居于研究前列且具有较强的合作基础。在营养支持方式方面，肠内营养的关注度上升，营养素及膳食模式较受关注；在营养支持效果评价方面，除并发症及疗效指标外，生活质量受关注程度呈上升趋势；从卫生经济学评价方面，近年更关注成本-效用及成本-效益分析。结论:肿瘤患者的营养不良情况已引起了社会广泛关注，未来研究热点主题集中于在提高肿瘤患者生命质量的前提下提供精准营养支持方案。“,”Objective:To study the research characteristics and hotspots of nutritional support in cancer patients from the perspective of bibliometrics analysis.Methods:The articles from 1975 to 2018 were obtained in the PubMed database by MeSH terms. High frequency MeSH terms were classified into categories of nutritional support, assessment of nutritional support, and health economic evaluation in cancer patients to investigate the popular themes and their tendency.Results:The literatures of the nutritional support in cancer patients had been increased from 1975 to 2018. The United States and European countries were at the forefront of research worldwide and had a strong foundation for cooperation. In the category of nutritional support in cancer patients, enteral nutrition received increasing attention, as well as the nutrient and dietary patterns. In the category of assessment of nutritional support, the quality of life was the major focus, in addition to complications and efficacy indicators. In the category of health economic evaluation, more attention has been given to cost-utility and cost-benefit analysis in recent years.Conclusions:The malnutrition of cancer patients has caused widespread concern in the society. The future researches should focus on providing precision nutrition support to improve the quality of life in cancer patients.
