目的观察费用公示告知对确保患者费用知情权、及时缴费、防止停药、保障患者治疗安全、同时提高护理工作效率的影响。方法每天下午4点在病区显著区公示每位患者每天的费用及经管医生的姓名。结果患者对住院期间费用公示满意情况及公示前后护理工作效率比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在病区实施患者费用公示,保证了患者的知情权、监督权,对于构建和谐医院、和谐医患关系具有较大的促进作用。
Purpose To observe the cost of publicity to ensure the right to know the patient rights, timely payment, prevent drug withdrawal, protect the safety of patients, while improving the efficiency of nursing work. Methods Daily at 4 pm in the ward significant area publicity for each patient’s daily cost and the name of the managed doctor. Results The patients were satisfied with the cost publicity during hospitalization and the efficiency of nursing work before and after the publicity, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of patient cost in the ward publicity, to ensure that the patient’s right to know and supervise the right, for building a harmonious hospital, harmonious relationship between doctors and patients have a greater role in promoting.
