高职院校档案信息化建设既是我国档案事业发展的客观要求,也是信息化社会的必然要求,势在必行,时不我待。文章着眼信息化社会的前沿,立足我国高职教育的实际,阐述了高职院校档案信息化建设面临的问题、档案信息化建设的制约因素、加强档案信息化建设的对策等三个方面的内容。最后指出,只要把握机遇、正视问题、找准原因、采取对策,就能搞好档案信息化建设。
The construction of archives information in higher vocational colleges is not only an objective requirement for the development of archives in our country, but also an inevitable requirement of information society. Focusing on the frontier of informatization society, the paper sets forth the reality of higher vocational education in our country, expounds the problems faced by the construction of archives information in higher vocational colleges, the restrictive factors of construction of archives informatization and the countermeasures to strengthen archives construction content. Finally, it is pointed out that as long as we seize the opportunity, face up to the problems, identify the causes and take countermeasures, we can do a good job in archives information construction.
