面对现在高速发展的经济,人们的思想观念也发生了大幅度的转变。立足于当代社会中这种高教养高效率的文化教育层面上,原来的那种辅导的形式已经不适应文化教育的发展了,就逐渐出现了一种新的辅导形式,即团队辅导形式。团体辅导的形式来源于西方,距离现在起码有上百年了,并在政治经纪文化等领域都有显著的效果,而且在各个学校中也倍受推广。将团体辅导融入初中德育教学活动中是一种新的挑战,也是一种新的进步,作为一名教师应当不断探索将团体辅导的方法应用于教育中,使团体辅导发挥其最大的作用。本文主要是针对于将团队辅导更好的融入初中德育工作中进行探讨。
In the face of the rapid economic development nowadays, people’s ideas have also undergone a drastic change. Based on such high education and high efficiency culture education in contemporary society, the original form of counseling has not adapted to the development of culture and education, and a new form of counseling, that is, the form of team counseling, has gradually emerged. The form of group counseling comes from the West, at least a hundred years from now, and has remarkable effects in areas such as political brokering culture, and is also widely promoted in all schools. The incorporation of group counseling into junior middle school moral education activities is a new challenge and a new progress. As a teacher, we should continually explore ways to apply group counseling in education so that group counseling can play its utmost role. This article is mainly aimed at the team counseling better integrated into junior middle school moral education to explore.
