为进一步推动欠发达城市物业管理工作健康有序的开展,规范物业管理及物业管理服务收费行为,德州市房管局组成调查组深入到市区近20家有代表性的房地产开发公司和物业管理企业,进行了深入细致的调研。调查组通过听汇报、看现场、召开座谈会、走访业主等形式,初步摸清了当前德州市物业管理的现状及存在的问题,并制定了相应的对策。
