[目的]十堰市首次从水产品和肉制品中同时检出2株O1群霍乱弧菌小川型,因样品同一时间采自同一市场,对其同源性进行研究,并追溯污染源,查明污染途径。[方法]通过PCR扩增,对这两株菌的ctxA、zot、ace、tcpA毒力基因进行检测,然后进行PFGE分析,判断是否具有同源性。[结果]这两株菌毒力基因检测均为阴性,PFGE型相似性为100%,应为同一来源,基围虾是被解冻水污染的,猪肉是在样品运送过程中被基围虾污染的。[结论]应进一步加强水产品中霍乱弧菌的监测,预防霍乱疫情的暴发与流行;采样人员应注意在样品采集过程中每份样品必须独立包装,运输过程中避免混放而引起交叉污染。
[Objective] The research aimed to detect 2 strains of Vibrio cholera O1 O1 of O1 group from aquatic products and meat products for the first time in Shiyan City. Because the samples were taken from the same market at the same time, their homology was studied and the pollution sources were traced back and the pollution was identified way. [Method] The ctxA, zot, ace, tcpA virulence genes of these two strains were detected by PCR amplification and then analyzed by PFGE to determine whether they had homology. [Result] The virulence genes of the two isolates were all negative. The similarity of PFGE type was 100%. They should be the same source. The shrimp were contaminated by thawing water. Pork was contaminated by the shrimp during the sample transportation. [Conclusion] The monitoring of Vibrio cholerae in aquatic products should be further strengthened to prevent the outbreak and epidemic of cholera epidemic. The samplers should pay attention to the independent packaging of each sample in the process of sample collection and avoid cross-contamination during transport.
