强调从制度上建设党，是邓小平建党思想的一大特点，是对毛泽东建党思想的重大发展。本文着重从加强党的制度建设的重要性和必要性、主要内容、意义等方面，对邓小平关于加强党的制度建设思想进行了较全面、系统地论述。
Emphasizing that building the party from the system is one of the major features of Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on party building and a major development of Mao Zedong’s thinking on party building. This article focuses on Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on strengthening the construction of the party system in a more comprehensive and systematic way from the aspects of the importance and necessity, the main content and the significance of strengthening the party’s system construction.
