今天是2014年首期国债销售的第一天。不到上年8点,支局门口的客户已经排起了“长龙”。由于本地有不少年轻人外出务工,所以我们支局的客户群体偏老龄化,而首期国债的销售规模又十分有限。因此,为了提高销售效率、尽可能地满足客户的购买需求,在销售活动开始前,我按照预约的先后顺序引导大爷、大妈们排好队,叮嘱他们把存折和身份证提前准备好,在办理业务时一并交到柜员手里。同时,告知本人要购买的国债年限和金额,买完后快速离开窗口,让下一位客户继续办理业务。2014年3月10日星期一
