子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见病,肠道子宫内膜异位症发病率约为3%~37%,常好发于乙状结肠、直肠及末端回肠[1]。临床正确诊断有一定困难,早期误诊率高。南昌大学第二附属医院收治1例回肠子宫内膜异位症病人,表现为完全性肠梗阻,非常少见。现报告如下。1病历简介病人女性,43岁,已婚已育,因“反复腹胀、腹痛半年,再发并肛门停止排气排便十余天”于2015-01-27入院。既往身体健康状况良好,2年前因诊断为子宫肌瘤行手术治
Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease, the incidence of intestinal endometriosis is about 3% to 37%, often occur in the sigmoid colon, rectum and terminal ileum [1]. Correct clinical diagnosis has some difficulties, early misdiagnosis rate. Nanchang University Second Affiliated Hospital admitted to a case of ileal endometriosis patients, manifested as complete intestinal obstruction, very rare. The report is as follows. 1 medical records Female patient, 43 years old, married and educated, because of “repeated bloating, abdominal pain for six months, and hair loss and anus to stop the exhaust bowel more than ten days” in 2015-01-27 admission. Past physical health is good, 2 years ago due to diagnosis of uterine fibroids surgery
