介绍了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺研制而成的Ka波段带通滤波器。该滤波器由三个交叉耦合的集成介质波导(SIW)谐振器构成。滤波器在j4.0处的衰减极点使得其频率选择特性具有非对称性。通过电磁仿真软件的仿真优化,实际加工滤波器的测试结果与软件仿真结果吻合很好。其中心频率是35.8GHz,1dB带宽是1GHz,带内插损小于4.2dB。该小型化LTCC滤波器已成功应用于某毫米波战场识别系统的T/R组件中。
A Ka band band-pass filter based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is introduced. The filter consists of three cross-coupled integrated dielectric waveguide (SIW) resonators. The attenuation pole of the filter at j4.0 makes its frequency selective characteristic asymmetric. Simulation and optimization of electromagnetic simulation software, the actual processing of the filter test results and software simulation results are in good agreement. The center frequency is 35.8GHz, 1dB bandwidth is 1GHz, the insertion loss is less than 4.2dB. The miniaturized LTCC filter has been successfully used in a millimeter wave battlefield identification system T / R components.
