目的:探讨缺乏淋巴管的脑组织中血管周围组织通道在急性高血压脑水肿时的功能情况。方法:雄性S-D大鼠24只随机平均分成实验组和对照组,实验组大鼠静脉输入盐酸去氧肾上腺素升高血压以复制高血压脑水肿模型;两组动物均在脑内活体定位注入FITC标记白蛋白(FITClabeledalbumin,FA),3h后灌注固定脑组织并切薄片置荧光显微镜下观察比较。结果:在对照组,周围有荧光浓集的血管影像和血管周围荧光浓集细胞影像出现较少,而且多局限在荧光扩散的区域内或区域边缘;实验组脑组织中周围有荧光浓集的血管影像和血管周围荧光浓集细胞影像均明显多见,两种影像不仅出现在荧光扩散区域内、区域边缘,而且出现在远离荧光扩散区的部位。结论:高血压脑水肿时,在缺乏淋巴管的脑组织内,血管周围组织通道的引流组织液、清除大分子物质等类似淋巴管功能代偿性增强。
Objective: To investigate the function of perivascular tissue in the absence of lymphatic vessels in acute hypertensive cerebral edema. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, phenylephrine hydrochloride was injected intravenously to hypertensive cerebral edema model. Both groups were injected intracerebrally with FITC Labeled FITClabeled albumin (FA), 3h after perfusion fixed brain tissue and thin slices were observed under fluorescence microscope. Results: In the control group, there were fewer vascular images around the fluorescence and fluorescence concentrated cells around the blood vessels, and more confined areas within the fluorescence diffusion or regional edge; experimental group around the brain tissue fluorescence concentration Vascular images and perivascular fluorescence concentrated cell images are more common, the two images not only in the fluorescence diffusion area, the edge of the region, but also in the part far away from the fluorescence diffusion zone. Conclusions: Hypertensive cerebral edema, in the absence of lymphatic vessels in the brain tissue, perivascular tissue channel drainage tissue fluid, clear macromolecules and other similar lymphatic vessels function compensatory increase.
