我院第一附属医院第一制药厂的王云启药师等同志,经过苦战,钻研摸索,克服技术上的困难,终于自制成功碘化油,经检查和临床动物试验证明,造影清晰,对比度理想,无其他付作用,质量合乎要求。碘化油是 X 光诊断中的重要造影剂,但过去国内供应不上,价值昂贵,影响疾病诊断。本院今年曾试用钡胶浆代替,虽试验成功,但仍不如碘化油。这次党委提出向国庆节献札后,药厂的同志们克服了技术和材料困难,大胆试验,终于从原油的榨取和精制,直到成品生产整个过程试验成功。自制的,碘化油,不仅质量好,而且便宜,比国外价低49%。
