世界贸易组织的两项主要工作是降低关税壁垒和消除技术性贸易障碍。关于技术性贸易障碍,世界贸易组织特别制定了“技术性贸易障碍条款”(TBT code)。其基本要求是必须限制歧视性的技术性进出口要求。
The two main tasks of the World Trade Organization are to reduce tariff barriers and eliminate technical barriers to trade. With regard to technical barriers to trade, the World Trade Organization has specifically formulated the TBT code. Its basic requirement is that it must limit discriminatory technical import and export requirements.
