6月24日消息,工信部有望于近期发放第三批虚拟运营商牌照,至少会有七八家企业获得牌照。此前,2013年12月27日,工信部发放了11张移动转售业务试点批文,即11张虚拟运营商牌照,2014年2月13日,工信部在春节前最后一个工作日公布了第二批获得虚拟运营商牌照的企业名单,至此,已有19家企业获此牌照。新一批虚拟运营商牌照的发放主要是由于中国移动的虚拟运营商合作伙伴已申请牌照。此前,中国移动与17家企业于4月1日全面完成《移动通信转售业务合作协议》签署。
