近年来由于乙型肝炎表面抗原(简称乙抗原)的检测不断进步,对病毒性肝炎的研究起了一定的推动作用,使病毒性肝炎的病因学、流行病学以及诊断予防等方面都产生了一些新的认识和概念。为了探讨乙抗原在病毒性肝炎防治工作中的意义,80年3月,我们在市防疫站的协助下,对南宁市部分单位进行了肝病调查,并对乙抗原的临床和流行病学特征作了一些观察,现将结果报告如下:
