通过对32例喉癌患者围手术期血清sIL-2R与急性期蛋白(α1—AT、α1—AG、HP)的检测,发现喉癌患者围手术期血清sIL-2R与急性期蛋白明显高于正常人,且二者有正相关性(P<0.01)。在喉癌患者中,声门上型和混合型喉癌的上述指标水平高于声门型喉癌(P<0.01),临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期喉癌患者血清中sIL-2R与急性期蛋白水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05及P<0.01),手术后短期内sIL-2R水平升高。因此,sIL-2R与急性期蛋白联合检测,对喉癌的临床分型、分期、疗效评价及预后监测均具有指导意义,且具有简便、快速、无创伤等优点,可广泛应用于临床。
