目的:观察金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂对大鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型的治疗作用以及其抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用SD大鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤和KM小鼠足部烫伤创面模型评价其治疗烧烫伤作用;采用角叉菜胶致SD大鼠足肿胀和甲醛致KM小鼠疼痛模型来评价其抗炎镇痛作用。以上动物试验在造模同时分别皮肤涂抹不同质量浓度(0.59,0.39,0.20 g.mL-1)的金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂和阳性药物,模型组动物皮肤涂抹等容量的赋形剂。结果:金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂1.76 g/只能明显促进浅Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠模型皮肤创面的愈合,病理组织检查结果显示能够促进浅Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠皮肤表皮损伤和真皮胶原纤维束排列紊乱的修复,促进真皮毛囊增生,减轻炎症细胞对烫伤皮肤的浸润,对烫伤皮肤具有明显的修复作用;金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂0.12 g/只和0.08g/只能明显减少小鼠实验性烫伤足部组织含水量;金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂0.70 g/只对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用;金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂0.12 g/只对甲醛引起的小鼠疼痛具有明显镇痛作用。结论:金烫宝烧烫伤喷雾剂具有促进烧烫伤创面愈合和抗炎镇痛作用。
