1 工程概况 山西国贸工程地下两层,主塔楼地上四十层,商住楼地上十九层,裙楼地上五层。深基坑开挖面积达13000m~2,土方开挖深度分别为主塔楼-12.9m,商住楼-11.5m,裙楼-11.3m。 山西国贸工程所在地地下水位较高,平均为-1.5m。因地下室占地面积较大,施工分区域进行,为保证整个地下室部分施工干作业,在地下室内共设置降水井33口(见图1),昼夜不停的抽水。降水井处理是否得当,将直接影响整个国贸工程地下室的防水工程质量。
1 Project Overview Shanxi Guomao Engineering has two underground floors, 40 floors above the main tower, 19 floors above and below the commercial and residential buildings, and 5 floors above the podium. The depth of excavation of the deep pit is 13,000m~2, and the earth excavation depth is -12.9m for the main tower, -11.5m for the commercial and residential buildings, and -11.3m for the podium. The location of groundwater in the Shanxi International Trade Project is relatively high, with an average of -1.5m. Due to the large area of the basement, the construction was carried out in different regions. In order to ensure the dry work of the whole basement, a total of 33 precipitation wells (see Figure 1) were installed in the basement, and pumping was continued day and night. The proper handling of the dewatering well will directly affect the waterproof engineering quality of the entire basement of China World Trade Project.
