φ5200回转空气预热器漏风严重,以致原配套的送、引风机不能满足锅炉满负荷运行所需风量和风压,炉膛燃烧不正常。改用热管空气预热器后,漏风率下降,风量裕度大,风压提高;排烟温度下降,预热器出口空气温度提高;炉膛燃烧稳定,易于调整负荷;风机电耗下降,锅炉热效率提高。此项改造一次性投资虽大,但节能收效显著,回收期短,且有利于锅炉满负荷正常运行。
