以提高轧辊使用寿命和板形控制质量为目的,提出了热连轧机支承辊辊型曲线的优化设计。基于实际生产状况与轧制板形理论的研究建立了多目标优化设计数学模型,设计了辊型曲线并进行了优化计算分析。模拟计算和生产试验表明,优化设计的辊型可均匀辊间接触压力分布、降低轧辊不均匀磨损程度、避免辊身端部疲劳剥落,并提高了弯辊力对板形的控制效果。研究方法不仅为支承辊辊型的设计与改造提供了理论依据,且优化辊型本身也具有进一步的推广实用价值。
In order to improve the service life of the roll and the quality of the profile control, the optimal design of the roll profile of the backup roll of the hot strip mill was proposed. Based on the actual production situation and the theory of rolling plate theory, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design was established, and the roller curve was designed and optimized. The simulation calculation and production test show that the optimal design of the roller can be uniform pressure contact pressure distribution between the roll to reduce the degree of uneven wear of the roller to avoid fatigue spalling the end of the roller body and improve the bending force of the plate-shaped control effect.
