这次歌曲创作研讨会恰恰是在党的十四大胜利闭幕之后召开。十四大在党的历史上是一个新的里程碑,具有极其重要的意义和深远的影响。江泽民同志的报告总结了十一届三中全会以来十四年在改革开放和现代化建设的经验,精辟地阐明了小平同志关于有中国特色社会主义的理论。同时为了加速改革开放和现代化建设的步伐,报告提出了九十年代十个方面的主要任务,其中也包括精神文明建设的任务,这就为我们制定了明确的奋斗目标和行动纲领。十四大精神就是我们这次歌曲创作研讨会的指导思想。
The songwriting seminar was held just after the conclusion of the party’s fourteenth victory. The 14th CPC National Congress is a new milestone in the history of the party and has extremely important significance and profound influence. Comrade Jiang Zemin’s report summarized the experience of fourteen years of reform and opening up and the modernization drive since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee and brilliantly expounded on Comrade Xiaoping’s theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the meantime, in order to speed up the pace of reform, opening up and modernization, the report sets out 10 major tasks in the 1990s, including the task of building a spiritual civilization. This set a clear goal and program of action for us. The spirit of the fourteen is the guiding ideology of our songwriting seminar.
