众所周知,为便于安装剖分式滑动轴承,在机体的轴承孔上必须设有定位槽。定位槽尺寸要与薄壁轴瓦的定位唇相配台,以便在螺栓紧固轴承后使轴瓦内孔位于正确的位置,如图1所示。过去采用试切法加工这种定位槽,按工件上的划线加工。这种方法,难于调整铣刀巾心,而且费工费时。其主要原因是定位槽位置一般在轴瓦宽度的1/3~1/4处,所以铣削时看不见轴承座孔内的加工形状与划线是否一致,轴承座端面划线实际上无用,容易
As we all know, in order to facilitate the installation of split-type plain bearings, bearing holes in the body must have a positioning groove.
