孔子说“:知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”这就是说“兴趣”是最好的老师。由此可见,小学数学不只是传授知识,而是培养和提高孩子的各方面素质,其中学习兴趣尤其重要。浓厚的兴趣是学习知识、培养能力、发展智力的重要条件。多年来的教学实践使我感到在数学教学中,教师应以兴趣为核心培养学生的非智力因素。以下,我在小学数学教学中如何培养学生的学习兴趣,谈几点体会。一、根据学生的心理特点培养学习兴趣。教育家陶
