抗战中期,贯彻中共中央“隐蔽精干、长期埋伏、积蓄力量、等待时机”十六字方针之后,我闽南地方党在革命基点村,先后办起许多生产基地(也叫生产点、垦殖公司、开荒生产等)。这个措施,将长期坚持斗争的干部、战士、家属散播在人民群众的“大海”之中,一面进行农业生产和烧炭等工作,一面学文化、学政治,既保存干部,又提高干部素质。后来的事实证阴,在闽南办生产基地是贯彻“十六字”方针最好的措施。现我就生产基地是怎么办起来的,它有哪些特点,它起了什么样的作用等问题,作些回忆。以供研究参考。
