Objective To understand the arterial function parameters in normal normotensive men and young women (16 ~ 30 years old): pulse wave analysis index (arterial elasticity index (C1) and arterial elasticity index (C2)], carotid artery pulse wave velocity (cfPWV) And carotid artery pulse wave velocity (crPWV) and other physiological indicators of the relationship. METHODS: A total of 270 volunteers with normal blood pressure were enrolled in this study. They were aged from 16 to 30 years old, including 112 males and 158 females. The subjects were surveyed. CVProfilor DO-2020 arterial function detector and pulse wave velocity (PWV) The analyzer measured C1, C2 and cfPWV, crPWV respectively. The relationship between arterial elasticity index and cardiovascular related physiological index was analyzed. Results Male C1 was positively correlated with height and weight, and negatively correlated with systolic pressure, mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulse pressure and heart rate (P <0.01). The correlation between C2 and Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, MAP and heart rate were negatively correlated with the systolic pressure (r = -0.319, P <0.01); cfPWV and diastolic blood pressure and age were positively correlated; crPWV and age, diastolic blood pressure, height and body Quality is positively correlated. The correlation between C1 and pulse pressure was the highest (r = -0.514, P <0.01), and the correlation between C2 and heart rate was the highest (r = -0.552, P <0.01); cfPWV and crPWV were both related to diastolic Pressure, MAP, systolic blood pressure were positively correlated, and diastolic blood pressure was the highest. Conclusion The related indexes of blood pressure, heart rate and obesity are important factors that affect young people C1 and C2, and diastolic blood pressure has an impact on PWV.
