The Hongji Reservoir Project is located in the upper reaches of the Dahe River in the east of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the outlet of the main stream of Heihe River in North China. It is a controlled project of the Greater Heihe River. The paper elaborates the analysis and calculation of flood engineering design.
