有这样一件事：临淄区某初中学校初一级部，张老师和李老师分别担任一班、二班的班主任。期末，学校进行班级综合考评时，一班成绩与二班成绩悬殊甚远。这使学校领导和众多教师大吃一惊，一向管理严格、使学生望而生畏的张老师，怎么“败”在一个师范毕业只有两年、没有多少教?

There is such a thing: at the junior level of a junior high school in Lintong District, Teacher Zhang and Teacher Li respectively serve as head teachers of class one and class two.
