南京地区农户的房屋基本上是独家独户,形式各异。现介绍一种最常见的一户三间半住房(建筑面积130 辜方米)的式样(见图)。房子朝向一般是坐北朝南,不论从采光、采暖的角度来看,都比较合理。从平面图上看,半间房子可以根据具体的地理情况而定,如果左边有邻居,半间房位置可放在右边,反之,应放在左边。现以半间房在右边的形式为例来介绍。从平面图上看,布局合理,保持了农村的传统格局——一明两暗,明大暗小。中间为堂屋,东西为卧室,
The houses of rural households in Nanjing are basically single-family households with different forms. The most common style of a household of three and a half houses (building area 130 square meters) is presented (see figure).
