车辆驾驶员护目镜是保证驾驶员安全健康的重要个体防护用品之一,其抗冲击强度性能及光学性能要求均很高。本文在分析物理钢化和化学钢化原理的基础上,对钢化后护目镜片强度性能和紫外一可见光透射比、双折射率等光学性能进行了讨论,研究,发现物理钢化处理不宜用于车辆驾驶员护目镜生产中,正确掌握化学钢化处理工艺参数,可以生产出品质优良的车辆驾驶员护目镜。
Vehicle driver goggles is one of the important personal protective equipment to ensure the safety and health of drivers, and its impact strength and optical performance requirements are very high. Based on the analysis of the principle of physical tempering and chemical tempering, this paper discusses the optical properties of the tempered goggles, such as the intensity performance and the UV-Vis transmittance and the birefringence. It is found that the physical tempering should not be used in vehicle drivers Goggles in the production, the correct grasp of chemical toughening process parameters, can produce good quality driver’s goggles for the vehicle.
