环境要保护,生态要治理,但是林区经济也要发展。在新的发展时期,生态旅游将是林区经济发展转型升级的最佳方向,打造生态旅游产业既是我国林区经济转型发展的需要,也是社会对生态环境可持续发展的要求。我们应运用好林区丰富的生态资本,加快生态旅游项目的基础设施建设,打造特色生态旅游产业;加快推进生态旅游服务的专业化建设,实施现代化的经营管理;结合社会发展的时代背景,精准定位生态旅游的服务市场,促进我国林业在经济和生态方面的可持续发展。
The environment should be protected and the ecology should be managed, but the economy in the forest area should also be developed. In the new period of development, ecotourism will be the best direction for the economic transformation and upgrading of forest area. To build ecotourism industry is not only the need of economic transformation and development of China’s forest area, but also the requirement of social sustainable development of ecological environment. We should make good use of the rich ecological capital in the forest area to speed up the infrastructure construction of the ecotourism project and create a unique eco-tourism industry. We will accelerate the specialization of ecotourism services and implement the modern management. Combining with the background of social development, Positioning the service market of ecotourism and promoting the sustainable economic and ecological development of forestry in China.
