菲迪克条款是一种土木工程在施工阶段的监理条件。它以条款为纲,采用合同文件为法规、经济杠杆为动力的方式,将建设、监理、施工三个独立单位相互合作,又相互制约,使工程在合理的投资下保质、保量、按时完成。近几年我国才将该条款应用于高等级公路建设,目前还处于条款应用的初级阶段,本文只设想结合我国国情谈一点学习条款的体会。
