本文报告Memoria Sloan-kettering 癌症中心在过去33年中所见的48例骨外成骨性肉瘤,占同期成骨性肉瘤的4%,软组织肉瘤的1%。所有病例均经临床和组织学材料所证实。48例也者平均年龄51岁(6～80岁)。仅3例小于30岁;男性23例,女性25例。原发部位最常见为股部和臀部(26例),其次为上肢、躯干、腘窝,少见者为足、面部和乳腺。从症状发作到诊断平均时间为4个月。约一半病例术前放射线检查可见斑点状的钙化
This article reports 48 cases of extraosseous osteosarcoma seen in the last 33 years at the Memoria Sloan-kettering Cancer Center, accounting for 4% of osteosarcoma in the same period and 1% of soft tissue sarcoma. All cases were confirmed by clinical and histological materials. 48 cases also had an average age of 51 years (6-80 years old). Only 3 cases were less than 30 years old; there were 23 males and 25 females. The most common sites were the thigh and buttocks (26 cases), followed by the upper extremities, the trunk, and the armpits. The rare ones were the feet, face and breast. The average time from symptom onset to diagnosis is 4 months. About half of the patients had visible calcification before surgery.
